When we were young, we used to be commanded by someone who was older than us to pray.
We hear an old man talking about prayer, its importance, and the punishment for not praying, so we go to pray, and we find that the prayer is heavy, so we leave it.
So we missed up to prayer after prayer.
Because we did not solve the root of the problem.. which is why prayer seems heavy.
